Serena holiday Homes by LIVVO were built in May 2024. They are located on the island of Lanzarote, specifically in lAs Coloradas, Playa Blanca, near the golden sandy beaches of Papagayo.

This is a private residential complex with private parking that has a communal area equipped with a swimming pool, solarium, services and a pergola area.

The homes are characterised by their spaciuousness and well-proportioned layout. Their modern aesthetic, with somple lines and white walls, shapes their personality, blending in with the landscape and the spirit of the islan’ds architecture.

Each home has two floors, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious kitchen area, living room and dining room.
