The Serena del Mar by LIVVO complexes consist of two groups of villas located in the Playa Blanca area, both close to the beautiful beaches of Papagayo.

Serena Holiday Homes by LIVVO, nine houses located in the Serena Villas development, offer relaxation and privacy during your holiday. Spacious houses qith a modern aesthetic and a well-proportioned layout.

On the other hand, Serena del Mar by LIVVO, thirty-four houses also located in the Playa Blanca area, suggest enjoying the sumer in a cosy space, all equipped with comfort in mind following a simple decoration but integrated with the surrounding lanscape.
